Endoglycosidases

Cleave intact glycans from glycoproteins.
Highly stable enzymes in clean preparations- no glycerol, NaCl, or other additives.

Exoglycosidases

Cleave specific terminal-monosacharides from glycans.
Allows detailed analysis of glycan structure.

Sialic Acid Products

Enzymes and kits for the analysis of sialic acid (neuraminic acids).

Sialic Acids are most often found at the terminal position of glycans, and
therefore are a likely point of contact for glycan-ligand interactions.

Purification Cartridges

Cartridges bind glycans but allow contaminants to be washed through.
Applications include cleanup of glycans after enzyme digestions and fluorescent labeling.

LudgerTag Labeling kits

For fluorescent labeling of glycans with a free reducing terminus.

Labeled glycans may be detected by mass spectrometry, high-sensitivity
fluorescence detection or monitoring of UV-absorbance.
