All QA-Bio glycan standards are qualified to be >90% pure as assessed by a combinantion of H-NMR and HPLC.

QA-Bio supplies both flourescently labeled and unlabeled glycans.

2-AB Labeled Glycans

2-AB (2-aminobenzamide) is one of the most widely used fluorescent labels for glycosylation analysis.
unlabeled glycans1
2-AA Labeled Glycans

2-AA is considered by many to be a superior replacement for 2-AB (2-aminobenzamide) in most types of complex glycan analysis. 2-AA is reported to have a higher fluorescence and gives higher labeling efficiencies than 2-AB.

Fetuin.gif
Fetuin

SA-F001

Fetuin is a heavily glycosylated and exists in a variety of glycoforms containing bi-, tri-, and tetra-antennary oligosaccharides with variable sialyation. The most abundant N-glycans on the glycoprotein are the triantennary species {Hayes et al (1992), Townsend et al (1989)}.

Fetuin is commonly used as a glycoprotein control for carbohydrate release and labeling.
